What are your hours of operation?
We are open 7 days a week from 11AM to 7PM, weather permitting, by reservation only. All reservations must check in between 11AM - 1PM for their reservations to be honored. Profundo holds the right to close doors before 7PM at their discretion.
How do I make a reservation or check your availability?
At the moment, Profundo is not confirming reservations for summer 2021, however, please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com to submit your inquiry and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
We understand that certain special occasions and travels require you to plan in advance. Our reservations department will communicate as much information as possible in order for you to be confident in your decision to book a day with us at Profundo. Reservations can be made 1 month in advance of your desired booking date.
How many people can my reservation accommodate?
Reservations for Garden Beds, Poolside Beds, and Cabanas can accommodate up to 6 guests. Reservations made for Couples Beds can accommodate up to 2 guests. For larger parties please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Sling chairs will be available for rental pending COVID-19 rules and regulations for summer 2021. Please note that per COVID-19 policies and procedures, we cannot accommodate parties larger than 12 people. Parties larger than 6 guests will be asked to reserve two beds.
How does Profundo pricing work?
Profundo reservations are based on Food & Beverage spends. Admission and your bed or cabana are included with your quoted food & beverage spend. Please note that your food & beverage spend does not include a 7% resort fee, tax, gratuity.
Reservations require a mandatory deposit unless approved by venue management.
Deposits will be credited towards the subtotal of your tab at the end of your reservation.
Do I get free entry into the pool if I am a hotel guest?
Profundo and Ravel Hotel are separate entities. Although we try our best to accommodate hotel guests, you will still need to make a reservation for the pool. Please note that you do not need a reservation at the hotel to make a reservation for the pool.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another date. Please email email@example.com to reschedule or cancel your reservation.
What happens in the event of a rain cancellation?
In the event of a rain cancellation, you will be contacted via email or text-message by one of our team members. Your deposit will be transferred to a date of your choice based on availability. Food & Beverage spends are subject to increase if you are transferring your deposit from a weekday to a weekend, holiday, or special event.

What is your re-entry policy?
All exits are final. If you are a guest of the hotel and need to access your room, you will need to inform security before exiting.

What are acceptable forms of ID?
All guests must show a VALID (NOT EXPIRED), government issued ID in compliance with the requirements and guidelines of the New York State Liquor Authority.
Can I bring my kids?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children as we are a 21+ facility. However, check back regularly for updates on family night programming.
