What are your hours of operation for the pool?
We are open 7 days a week from 12PM to 7PM, weather permitting, by reservation only.
All reservations must check in between 12PM - 2PM for their reservations to be honored.
Doors close at 5PM, and no entry will be allowed to any guests after this time.
How does Profundo pricing work?
Bed, Cabana, and Canopy reservations are quoted as beverage minimums. Admission and your section are included with your reservation.
Pricing does not include food purchases, a 7% resort fee, tax, and gratuity.
Sling Chair Rentals are a flat rate, that include admission and a sling chair. Sling Chair Reservations do not have beverage credit, but have access to the bar should guest's like to purchase a beverage or food.
How do I make a reservation or check your availability?
Reservations can be made online via our booking platform here.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
We understand that certain special occasions and travels require you to plan in advance. Our reservations department will communicate as much information as possible in order for you to be confident in your decision to book a day with us at Profundo. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance.
How many people can my reservation accommodate?
Sling chair rentals are available for parties of up to 2 during the week.
Bed and Cabana reservations can accommodate 6 - 8 guests, depending on the section you decide to book.
For large party reservations, please email us with a detailed description of your requested reservation date and party size.
Profundo and Ravel Hotel are separate entities. Although we try our best to accommodate hotel guests, you will still need to make a reservation for the pool.
Please note that you do not need a reservation at the hotel to make a reservation for the pool.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another date. Please email email@example.com to reschedule or cancel your reservation.
What happens in the event of a rain cancellation?
In the event of a rain cancellation, you will be contacted via email or SMS by one of our team members. Your deposit will be transferred to a date of your choice based on availability. Minimums are subject to increase if you are transferring your deposit from a weekday to a weekend, holiday, or special event.

What is your re-entry policy?
All exits are final. If you are a guest of the hotel and need to access your room, you will need to inform security before exiting.
What items am I allowed to bring?
Spare flip flops
What items am I not allowed to bring?
Weapons of any kind
Outside food or beverage
Professional camera equipment of any kind
Drugs or Illicit Substances
Large pool floats
What are acceptable forms of ID?
All guests must show a VALID (NOT EXPIRED), government issued ID in compliance with the requirements and guidelines of the New York State Liquor Authority.
Photos or scans of IDs or Passports and NY State Identification Cards are not acceptable forms of identification.
Can I bring my kids?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children as we are a 21+ facility.
