Reopening June 10, 2021  

Crowning The Ravel Hotel is The Penthouse, a 9,500 square-foot indoor/outdoor rooftop restaurant, lounge and events space that offers breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and Queensboro bridge. Our Climate controlled facility allows for year round events and available for any occasion, while still maintaining the integrity of the views you would find during the warmer months.

FOOD & DRINK

Our Asian and South American-influenced fare from Executive Chef Seth Levine is served for dinner Thursday - Sunday, with mouthwatering menu items alongside our guest-favorite creative sushi dishes now available. All items on our menu are great for sharing or just simply enjoyed traditionally a la carte.

The cocktail menu created complements menu items by using select spirits paired with fresh fruit and vegetables found throughout Asia/Latin America. Large format cocktails are available and perfect for groups to share. Guests can also choose a bottle of wine or sake from our reserve list to accompany their meal.

Please note that as of June 10, 2020, Penthouse has implemented a 3% Resort on all checks. 

GROUP DINING

Due to COVID-19 Reopening guidelines, we are unable to accommodate parties larger than 25 people. Please note that parties 10+ will be split and seated accordingly. For parties of 6 to 25 people, we offer a family style pre-fix menu featuring some of our most popular dishes and 120 minutes of bottomless cocktails. In order to complete your reservation, guests must put their credit card on file. We are unable to hold reservations without a credit card on file. 

Guests who cancel within the hour, or do not show for their reservation, will be charged a $15/person no show fee. Reservations are subject to a 1 hour and 30 minute table time. 

Dress Code

Dress to impress, smart casual attire preferred.
No sneakers, no athletic wear, no hats, no exceptions.

The Chef

Executive Chef Seth Levine is the Executive Chef at The Penthouse. After appearing on Fox’s hit reality tv show, “Hell’s Kitchen: Season 5,” Chef Seth Levine has been taking the culinary world by storm - a dream he has had since childhood – and he has built quite an impressive resume since leaving the show in 2007. In 2009, Levine opened his first restaurant and became the executive chef at Georgica in East Hampton. Later that year he also took on the role at Wine and Roses on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
